8 am UPDATE: County Partially Operating Today

Potter County Human Services offices in Roulette will be closed today (Friday, July 27), due to an extended power outage caused by Thursday’s violent storms. Other county offices will be operating and providing services to the extent they can. Offices in the Gunzburger Building should be able to operate at full capacity, as electrical, telephone and internet service is available, but the public may experience delays or inconveniences due to limited staffing or other difficulties. The courthouse is open on a limited basis, but electrical, telephone and internet services are not available. Those having business with other county offices should check with each office on a case-by-case basis. Also, the Leadership Potter County classes scheduled for today at the Potter County Education Council have been cancelled.
