Man Accused of Kicking 11-Year-Old Girl
ULYSSES – Daryl D. Cornell, 34, of Ulysses, has been charged by State Police with Harassment after he allegedly kicked an 11-year-old girl in the leg.
Police say the incident happened at an Academy Street residence on August 15.
Cornell will be charged in District Judge Delores Bristol’s courtroom, according to police.
