Potter County Today

“Teen Tinnitus VI” came to Coudersport High School on Saturday, sponsored by the Potter County Yellow Ribbon suicide prevention program and cooperating partners, including the Potter County Fine Arts Council, Dickinson Mental Health Center and Potter County Human Services.

This “celebration of life and music” brought together teenagers from across the county to hear music, testimonials and suicide prevention messages.

Above, Senior Judge John Leete expressed appreciation to Jeff Tucker, representing the Allegheny River Riders motorcycle club, for that organization’s fund-raiser to benefit Project Yellow Ribbon. Judge Leete has been a driving force behind the Yellow Ribbon organization, which includes local groups based in each of the county’s school districts. At right are members of the Buffalo, N.Y., area band, Meet Me In  March, who performed a lively show, complete with high-energy theatrics and showmanship.
