Deandre Justin Lovette Brooks, infant son of Antrika D. Updegrove, passed away before birth Saturday (May 7, 2011) at Charles Cole Memorial Hospital in Coudersport. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Frame Funeral Home, Eldred.

Frank A. Rugh Jr., 88, of Fort Mill, S.C., and formerly a longtime resident of Smethport, passed away Thursday (May 5, 2011) in the Piedmont Medical Center, Rock Hill, S.C. Switzer Funeral Home, Port Allegany, is in charge of arrangements.

Tommy G. Starr of Port Allegany died Thursday (May 5, 2011) at his home. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hartle-Tarbox Funeral Homes Inc., Port Allegany.
