Harold G. Carr, 69, of Austin, died at his home, Tuesday (March 22, 2011) at his home after a long illness. Funeral arrangements are under the care of the Virgil L. Howard Funeral Home.

Margaret Louise Thompson, 88, of Downey, Calif., formerly of Shinglehouse, died Monday (March 21, 2011) in Lakewood Park Manor, Downey, after a short illness. Funeral arrangements are under the care of the Virgil L. Howard Funeral Home.

Eleanor C. Stavisky, 88, of Shinglehouse, died Tuesday (March 22, 2011) in Sweden Valley Manor, Coudersport, after a extended illness. Virgil L. Howard Funeral Home, Shinglehouse, is in charge of arrangements.
