AUDIO: State Rep. Introduces Legislation to Combat Modern Tech. Fraud

 

Amid reports that smart phones are now outselling personal computers, legislation has been introduced in Harrisburg to help protect Pennsylvanian consumers from fraud committed through the use of modern communications technology.

Rep. Karen Boback (R-Luzerne, Columbia & Wyoming) said she has introduced two bills to help to prevent the growing occurrence of fraud and identity theft via cell phones and other hand held devices.
