Breaking: NY Senate Majority Leader Pedro Espada Indicted
NEW YORK (WABC) – New York State Senator Pedro Espada is expected to turn himself in to authorities Wednesday to face embezzlement charges. The Bronx Democrat and his son were indicted Tuesday.
