Christopher Crippen Sentenced

On February 29, 2012 in the Court of Common Pleas, No. 255-2010, Christopher Crippen received the following sentence:

  • As to Count 1: Possession of small amt. of marijuana – a term of probation of one month consecutive to Count 2 and pay fine of $200.00 as established by Court’s order of March 30, 2011.
  • As to Count 2: Use/Possess Drug Paraph. – a term of incarceration of not less than one nor more than six months and pay fine of $200.00 as established by Court’s order of March 30, 2011.

Terms of Court’s order of March 30, 2011, not altered by this order.  Remains in full force and effect.  The defendant is eligible to take part in a Re-entry Plan prior to the expiration of his minimum sentence including obtaining employment.  The defendant will pay the costs of court.  The defendant shall pay a supervision fee of $25 per month, and an administrative fee of $20 per month for all time spent on probation/parole.  The defendant will perform 3 hours of community service for Potter County and be responsible for the cost of insurance regarding his/her participation.  The defendant shall be paroled at the expiration of his minimum sentence if he is of good behavior.
