COUDERSPORT – State Police in Coudersport have arrested a Coudersport man and a 16-year-old male juvenile in connection with a string of burglaries across West Branch and Wharton Townships in Potter County.

Aaron D. Trowbridge, age 19, was arraigned on a number of charges yesterday in front of District Judge Delores Bristol.

Police charged Trowbridge and the juvenile with 7 counts each of Burglary(F1), 14 counts each of Conspiracy – Burglary(F1), and 7 counts each of Criminal Trespass(F2), as well as several related misdemeanors. Trowbridge was also charged with one count of Corruption of Minors(M1).

The juvenile charged in the crime was placed in a juvenile detention center, according to authorities.

Police say the man and teen broke into seven different camps located along Cherry Springs Road and East Fork Road in January of this year. Once inside, they are accused of causing damage to the camps and stealing various items worth an estimated $1,747.
