Coudersport Man Uninjured After Flipping Truck

COUDERSPORT – Robert L. Renziehausen, 61, of Coudersport, was uninjured after an accident that occurred on Vader Hill Road, approximately a half mile west of Dutch Hill Road on Thursday, September 2 at 3:10 pm.

Police say Renziehausen was attempting to negotiate a slight left hand curve in the roadway when his 1992 Doge Power Ram 250 began travelling off the south embankment, ultimately causing it to overturn onto it’s roof.

Renziehausen, who was wearing a seatbelt, was able to exit the vehicle on his own and sustained no injuries, but reported that he was unsure of how the accident happened.

The truck sustained disabling damage to the windshield and roof and was towed from the scene by Kightlinger Motors.

Renziehausen will be cited in District Court 55-3-01  for not Driving Vehicle at a Safe Speed.
