ROULETTE- David D. Caulkins, 69, of North St. passed away Friday (Apr. 6, 2012) at the home of his sister.
Born November 11. 1942, in Austin, PA, he was a son of Lynn G. and V. Louise Thielges Caulkins.
David had been employed with the Potter County Human Services in Roulette.
He was a lifetime resident of the area and a member of the First Baptist Church of Roulette.  He was also a member of the Potter County Special Olympics and attended the Dickinson Adult Training Facility.
Surviving are three sisters, Agnes L. Nolder of Roulette, Virginia M. (Robert) Russell of Port Allegany, and Lynne A. (Glenn) Skinner of Westfield, PA; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Frances Vota.
Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday in the Switzer Funeral Home, Port Allegany, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday (Apr. 10, 2012) with Rev. Marty Montgomery, pastor of the First Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Fishing Creek Cemetery, Roulette.   Memorials can be made to the Potter County Special Olympics, Fishing Creek Cemetery Association, or a charity of the donor’s choice.
