Applications for the state’s Property Tax/Rent Rebate program will continue to be accepted through Dec. 31. Participants can receive a rebate of up to $650 based on rent or property taxes paid back in 2010. Many individuals who are eligible for the rebates have not applied and are likely not aware of the benefit.
