Democratic Candidate for PA Governor, John Hanger to visit Coudersport Aug. 21

COUDERSPORT – Pennsylvania gubernatorial candidate John Hanger will make a stop in Coudersport on Wednesday, August 21, as part of a “Save Our Schools Bus Tour” campaign.

Hanger is most well-known for his role as Secretary of the Pennsylvania DEP, and has vowed to ban open-pit storage of fracking waste if elected. His political campaign for the Governor’s seat is most notable due his plan to legalize and regulate marijuana in Pennsylvania.

Hanger also has a plan to allow all Pennsylvania children to attend college on the “Zero Tuition Plan“.

The candidate’s bus is scheduled to be at the courthouse in Coudersport from 3:30 – 4:30 pm.
