UPDATED: Fatal Accident South of Port Allegany
1 min readCoudyNews has learned that the accident South of Port Allegany this evening has become fatal.
A 22-year-old Port Allegany woman died as the result of injuries sustained in the crash.

Police say that 22-year-old Megan Crum-Orlowski, of Port Allegany, PA, died as the result of injuries sustained in accident above.
At approximately 5:20 pm yesterday, Orlowski was traveling North on Route 155 when she swerved to miss a deer in the road, subsequently losing control of her 2004 Pontiac Montana and exiting the roadway before hitting a fence post and telephone pole. Both impacts struck the driver’s side front fender of the van.
Orlowski, who was not wearing a seatbelt, died at the scene.
A passenger, 30-year-old Jenny L. Studley and her 10-year-old son, who were wearing seatbelts, were transported via ambulance to Bradford Regional medical Center.
Port Allegany and Roulette assisted at the scene.
Eddie I know we havent talked since the accident but I am very sorry. Megan was a very special person to me. She was my best friend, my only friend. I want you to know one of the last things we talked about was how much she loved you. Megan was a very special person to you, the kids, myself, and everyone else. I want you to if it could have been me I would go back in time. I am so sorry and I hope things will soon get better for you and the kids. I want you to know that if you need ANYTHING I will be here if you want to talk or anyhing you need. Please forgive me.. I love you and the kids very much……Jenny
