Rebert Spared Death Penalty, Sentenced to Life
JEFFERSON CO. – Convicted murderer Steven Rebert has been spared a death sentence.
A jury could not reach a unanimous decision on the death penalty. Eight jurors voted for the death penalty while four voted against it.
Rebert will now spend life in prison.
