Snyder Found Guilty in Potter County Cocaine Ring Case

COUDERSPORT – David Snyder, age 51, has been found guilty on charges in connection to an alleged $2 million Potter County cocaine ring.

Court records indicate Snyder was found guilty on 6 counts of Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession with Intent to Deliver(F); 2 counts of Conspiracy to Manufacture or Deliver(F); and 1 count of Dealing in Unlawful Proceeds(F1).

Twelve other felony counts were dismissed in the case.

A sentencing date was not available at the time of this posting.

  2. This goes to show you what drugs do to a person. I’ve known Dave for years and he definitely had his short comings, but he was ALWAYS willing to help other people when they needed it and no I’m not talking about with drugs either! He was a great guy and father despite what anyone that doesn’t really know him thinks. It’s a shame things had to come to this…my thoughts and prayers are with him, Tara and all the kids.
