  NORTH CENTRAL LYCOMING COUNTY...

* UNTIL 800 PM EDT...

* AT 458 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS SHOWING 
  NEARLY STATIONARY THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER NORTH    
  CENTRAL LYCOMING AND SOUTH CENTRAL TIOGA COUNTIES. THE HEAVIEST    
  RAIN HAS FALLEN NEAR THE LYCOMING COUNTY LINE SOUTH OF MORRIS.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO BUTTONWOOD.
