* HEAVY RAIN WILL FALL FROM REPEATING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
TODAY AND INTO THE NIGHT. THE THUNDERSTORMS CAN PRODUCE A QUICK
INCH OR TWO OF RAIN AND THE GROUND IS ALREADY WET FROM RECENT
RAINFALL.

* LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING AND FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS IS
POSSIBLE ACROSS ALL OF CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA.
