* THE COMBINATION OF VERY WET GROUNDS FROM RECENT HEAVY TO EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL LIKELY CAUSE RUNOFF PROBLEMS. FLOODING OF FASTER RESPONDING…SMALLER STREAMS AND CREEKS MAY ALSO OCCUR.
