* AT 642 PM EDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN FALLING FROM NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MOVING RAPIDLY ACROSS THE AREA FROM THE SOUTHWEST. DOPPLER RADAR AND SPOTTER REPORTS INDICATE THAT 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS OCCURRED IN THE LAST HOUR. EXPECT FLOODING TO BEGIN SHORTLY.

THE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CAN BE EXPECTED TO BEGIN TAPERING OFF BETWEEN 8 AND 9 PM.
