* UNTIL 715 PM EDT... 

* AT 514 PM EDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN WAS FALLING DUE TO 
SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES THAT UP TO 2 
INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE LAST HOUR. EXPECT FLOODING TO 
BEGIN SHORTLY. 

* LOCATIONS THAT MAY EXPERIENCE MINOR FLOODING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT 
LIMITED TO WESTLINE...MOUNT JEWETT AND WETMORE. 
CLUSTERS OF SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL WILL 
CONTINUE TO AFFECT THE ADVISORY AREA THROUGH 7 PM.
