CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA…

.WIDESPREAD RAINFALL OVER THE PAST 2 DAYS HAS ALREADY CAUSED FLOOD
ISSUES AND MADE THE REGION MORE VULNERABLE TO FLOODING. INTENSE
NORTH-SOUTH ORIENTED BANDS WILL BRING ADDITIONALLY HEAVY RAINFALL TO
THE REGION. RAIN-BANDS MOVING OVER THE REGION THIS AFTERNOON AND
OVERNIGHT WILL LIKELY PRODUCE MORE FLOODING. RAPID RAINFALL RATES ARE
POSSIBLE WHICH COULD PRODUCE RAPID FLOODING IN SOME LOCATIONS.
