Commissioners Susan Kefover, Doug Morley and Paul Heimel have proposed splitting the federal funds between a sewage system project in Roulette Township and housing rehabilitation work for low-income residents countywide. A public hearing on the plan is scheduled for 11 am Thursday, April 5, at the Gunzburger Building in Coudersport. Final adoption is set for April 19.

The grant is issued annually by the U.S. Dept of Housing and Urban Development for projects that benefit low- and moderate-income residents. Townships, boroughs and other qualified applicants were invited to submit requests to the Potter County Redevelopment Authority, which administers the grant for the commissioners.
