Harassment Charges in Tioga County

Trooper Aaron Messner of the Mansfield PSP reports that on 4-24-12 at 1630 hours Diane Huff, 42, of Westfield, PA threatened Edward Ruditys, 50, of Upper Chester, PA whereupon he threw a half empty beverage can towards her. Both will be cited with one count of summary harassment before District Court 04-3-01.
