Harrison Valley Man Charged with Harassment
1 min readHARRISON TWP. – State Police in Coudersport have charged 55-year-old Raymond E. Smith, of Harrison Valley, with harassment following an altercation at a Tannery Street residence on the evening of May 9.
Police allege Smith struck a 48-year-old female victim in the face at around 5:00 pm.
He was charged in District Court 55-4-03.
