Hit & Run in Keeneyville
1 min readTrooper TerryJeffrey Seal reports on a crash that occurred on 4-3-12 at 5:50PM when an unknown actor was travelling at a speed that was too fast for conditions at the intersection of SR249 and Smith Road in Tioga County and as a result lost control of the vehicle in loose stone on Smith Road. The unknown vehicle went off the east side of Smith Road, striking a fence at 58 Smith Road in Keeneyville, PA, then fleeing the scene.
