Jury Finds Galeton Man Guilty of Two Felonies

A Potter County jury found a Galeton man guilty earlier this month of two of the three felonies filed against him by Galeton police.

Kevin W. Kiselyk, 48, of Galeton, PA, was found guilty on December 2 of one second-degree felony count of Possession of Firearm Prohibited and one second-degree felony count of Receiving Stolen Property.

The jury found Kiselyk not-guilty of one second-degree felony count of Theft by Unlawful Taking-Movable Property.

Kiselyk is scheduled to be sentenced on January 19, 2011.

He is currently incarcerated in the Potter County jail in lieu of $10,000 straight bail.
