Kathryn A. Young Charged
1 min readKathryn Ann Young, 54, of Trout Run, PA, will be charged with Threats and Other Improper Influence in Official and Political Matters following an incident which took place at midnight on 3-18-12 at CCMH. The victim was Galeton Borough Police Chief Christopher Brackman. Young was arrested for DUI and transported to CCMH by Brackman. Upon arrival Young made several comments threatening unlawful harm to the victim if he continued to perform his job and pursued the DUI incident.
