Level Acres Owner Faced with Protests

WELLSVILLE, NY – Local residents, some of whom lived or worked at Level Acres LLC on State Route 19, claim owner Kevin Clark has been cheating people out of their money. Clark says that’s not the case.
Several people gathered for a protest Monday morning across the road from the trailer park. Among them was former Level Acres Market Store Manager Vonda Mundt, who said she has not received her last paycheck since being fired in October.
“The guy (Clark) hires people, fires them and refuses to give them their last paycheck. I’ve been dealing with this with the Department of Labor since the end of October,” Mundt said.
Clark I said from day one YOU STOLE MY TRAILER refused to tell me exactly where it went and that is GRAND LARCENY your promise of new trailer was a lie from the beginning you stole my home you had no right

Kevin called to respond and he stated: We had zero contact with the consumer for one year and a half. He was advised at that time that the home had to be removed before the end of 2014. We converted a trailer park into a campground and this was the last trailer to go. We never heard from the consumer. The home was open to the elements, became a hazard and further degraded, and needed to be removed. It was a vacant trailer and according to NYS, after 6 months it is considered “abandoned property”. They had ample, ample, ample time to do something with this, but never communicated with us until now and now they are only harassing us

Oh, I know. Believe me. I lived in the trailer park for a long time. Even during the turnover from the babbits to kevin. Then had to move when he shut down the trailer park.
