OLEAN, N.Y. – A Franklinville man has been sentenced to five years in prison for raping a 12-year-old girl on May 21 in Farmersville.
19-year-old Leo Stromecki will also be on probation for 10 years when he’s released from prison.
Stromecki pleaded guilty to the charge in November in Cattaraugus County Court.
