Man Charged with Drug Possession
COUDERSPORT – A scattering rubbish investigation resulted in various charges for a Coudersport man and three others.
As a result of the investigation, Deven Van Pelt was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Van Pelt and three other passengers; Kristina Krog, Betty Johnston, and Kip Dorey, were all charged with underage possession of alcohol, according to police.
The incident took place in the parking lot of Sheetz in Coudersport in August of last year.
