Timothy Matteson Arrested For Inappropriate Contact with Child

Trooper Glen C. Drake II of the Coudersport PSP reports than on 4-09-12 Timothy James Matteson, 22, of 9 Fourth Street, Roulette, PA was arrested and arraigned before MDJ Stubbs on charges of Aggravated Indecent Assault (F2), Indecent Assault (M1) and Corruption of Minors (M1).  Between 9PM on 2-17-12 and 7AM on 2-18-12 Matteson was at the residence of a juvenile female, 9 years of age, and had inappropriate contact with the child.
