PIKE TWP. – State Police in Coudersport have charged a New York man with Aggravated Assault after he allegedly threw a cement cinder block at a State Trooper.

Stephen C. Berds, 36, of Youngstown, NY, was taken into custody after police received a report a “half-naked individual walking around Route 6.”
