Man Charged after Breaking Cell Phone
1 min readGENESEE – State Police say a Genesee man faces charges of Harassment and Criminal Mischief following a domestic altercation at a residence on the Hickox-Ulysses Road in Bingham Township Friday at 4:30 pm.
According to a fax sent to CoudyNews, an unidentified 37-year-old man engaged an unidentified 33-year-old woman in a verbal argument, and then shoved her and broke her cell phone.
The identity of the accused and victim were not released, as the crime is classified as a domestic violence incident.
The accused will answer to charges in District Judge Delores G. Bristol’s courtroom.
