go waste your money on a lawyer… you need to get a grip

    learn the law first

  7. anomous says:

this is not your freedom of speech. if you are going to accuse someone of a matter like this you need to get the facts right. we are not guilty until proven innocent and the way you have it is that even tho im innocent im still guilty. that is against the law. So i do want my name removed. you should go and see the local court record of my case, not tell me basically that i have no right to my good name. what are you. you sure are not a reliable news reporter if you are hurting others lives. How many others are there

    • spiderwisp says:

You need to learn the law. As you can see, everything in this article is a matter of public record.

    • spiderwisp says:

And for your information (since you seem extremely ignorant of the law and journalistic ethics), this is common practice for any news agency. You don’t think your name is in the Potter Leader Enterprise? Of course it is… go tell them to remove your arrest record (which is still FACT and public record) from their newspapers. I’m sure they’ll go door-to-door collecting them all and reprinting them. Furthermore, if any of you had any sense, what you would be asking for is an update to the article so people can see you were found not guilty. Demanding a newspaper remove your arrest report (which no newspapers do) is asinine and ignorant – and attacking this publication and the staff isn’t going to get you anywhere. And in case you’re wondering… this article had less than 100 views in the past two years… it’s since had over 2,000. Thank yourselves for digging it up… it’s now re-indexed in Google as well.

    • spiderwisp says:

And because of your harassment and threats you can forget about an update.

  8. Mitzi Confer says:

minors names are not suppose to be published… this is a disgrace! It should be removed immediately!

  9. kip says:

not only that it is all false info the cop was getting gas. he had no legal right to search the car or even to point a tazer at our heads. we did as he said while he was fueling the car and there was a driver at the age of 21. mind you that the case was un open at the time.
