Man Killed in Route 219 Crash
1 min readELK CO. – A Brockport, PA man is dead following a crash on Route 219 in Elk County last night.
Police say 57-year-old Clarence Russell was speeding when he lost control of his truck on a stretch of Route 219 in Horton Township, at about 10:15 pm.
Police say his truck traveled off the roadway, hit a guardrail, and then traveled back across the highway before striking the guardrails on the opposite side of the road, and then rolling over.
Russell was taken to Elk Regional Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead.
