Man Sentenced for Punching Another Man

COUDERSPORT – A Turtlepoint man has been sentenced in Potter County court after pleading guilty to Harassment and Disorderly Conduct, both summary offenses.

Claude R. Butler, 52, was fined $50 for each count.

Butler was originally charged with the summary offenses as well as Simple Assault(M) after he punched Edward H. Sheehy in the face during a verbal altercation.

The incident took place in September of 2011.
