Miller Charged With DUI

Trooper Aaron Messner of the Mansfield PSP reports that on 4-7-12 at 2356 hours a crash occurred in Delmar Township, Tioga County, PA.  Upon making contact with the operator, Charlene Miller, 60, of Wellsboro, PA, it was determined that she had consumed alcoholic beverages prior to operating her vehicle.  She was taken into custody and transported to Soldiers and Sailors Hospital where a legal blood draw was conducted.  Charges to be filed before Mageristerial District Court 04-3-02
