BREAKING: Agents from Drug Task Force, AG’s Office Bust Marijuana Grow
SHINGLEHOUSE – Little is known at this time, but information provided to CoudyNews indicates agents from the PA Attorney General’s Office and Potter County Drug Task Force have busted a local marijuana growing operation in the Shinglehouse area on Tuesday, June 14.
Court records indicate that a Shinglehouse man has been charged with several felony drug offenses.
Twenty-eight-year-old Adam C. Packer, of 1974 Eleven Mile Road, Shinglehouse, PA, was arrested by Shinglehouse Borough Police on multiple charges of marijuana possession with the intent to deliver, and two-counts of misdemeanor drug possession.
Packer was arraigned in District Judge Barbara Easton’s courtroom and released on $25,000 unsecured bail.
A Preliminary Hearing has been scheduled for 10:00 am on Tuesday, June 21 in the same courtroom.
