Man Jailed following Domestic Dispute
1 min readPOTTER COUNTY – State Police in Coudersport say they arrested 39-year-old Kenneth Rushmore following a domestic violence incident at an undisclosed location in Potter County.
The incident allegedly occurred on November 1 at approximately 10:00 p.m.
Rushmore is accused of grabbing a 38-year-old woman by the neck.
He was charged with simple assault and harassment in District Judge Barbara Easton’s courtroom.
Easton set bail at $1,000 and Rushmore was remanded to the Potter County jail on those charges and an outstanding bench warrant from Tioga County.
