Open House Set in Coudersport for Gannon University Associate Degree Programs

COUDERSPORT – The Education Consortium of the Upper Allegheny (ECUA) has partnered with Gannon University to offer two affordable Associate Degrees – Liberal Arts and Business Management – to the residents of North Central and Northwestern Pa. Due to the Potter County Education Council’s close relationship with the ECUA, one of the four sites will be in Coudersport.

An Open House is set for Wednesday, August 1, 2012 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Potter County Education Council’s Coudersport office. A representative of Gannon will be on hand to provide more information about the programs being offered. The tuition is extremely inexpensive and no SAT scores are required for admission. No registration is required to attend the Open House. For more information, call (814) 274-4877.

This is a big step in helping students in the area stay local. It is a good thing for this area as well.
