Pennsylvania Amber Alert

The Pennsylvania State Police has issued an Amber Child Abduction Alert for the Philadelphia Police Department, Philadelphia County.

The Philadelphia Police Department is searching for Kanief Dandy, a 19 month old black male with black hair, brown eyes, 32 inches in length, 30 pounds, wearing black jeans and a red thermal shirt with gray sleeves. He was last seen at 1515 Arch Street, Philadelphia on October 5, 2011 at 4 PM.

He was abducted by his mother Natia Dandy, 34 year old black female, brown hair, brown eyes, 5 foot 6 inches in height, 170 pounds. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white sweater, and a black scarf on her head. She fled on foot with the child while pushing a black stroller.
