Police in Chemung County Searching for Possible Armed Man

Police from throughout Chemung County spent much of Saturday searching for a man, possibly armed, who may have stolen a car and then abandoned it on Elmira’s East Side.
The suspect is identified as Bradley H. Brown, 36, who was last seen on Saturday afternoon running northeast on the 200 block of Sullivan Street in Elmira.
Details on the search, which went into Saturday night, were scarce at press time.
