Geci was charged on April 8, 2011 with two counts of Unlawful Taking or Possession of Game or Wildlife, a second-degree summary offense with a maximum penalty of $800 in fines and one month in prison.
Geci faces a summary trial in District Judge George A. King’s office on May 23 at 1:15 pm.
Geci has been charged four times in the past with similar offenses. In January of this year, Geci was found guilty for hunting from a motorized vehicle and fined $400. He is currently appealing that conviction.
A court date for that appeal has been scheduled for July 19 at the Elk County Courthouse.
