Shinglehouse Man Sentenced on Child Pornography Charges
1 min readCOUDERSPORT – A Shinglehouse man has been sentenced on charges of possessing child pornography, corruption of minors, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Ethan Philip Turner, age 22, was sentenced to a total jail term of 11.5 to 23.5 months. Turner was also ordered to pay $1,383 in fines, court costs and DNA testing.
He was also ordered to perform 25 hours of community service, attend a DUI Victim Impact Panel Presentation, and provide mandatory DNA testing.
Turner was also court ordered to have no contact with his victim.
