Signs Along Loucks Mills Road Spray Painted
1 min readHECTOR TWP. – State Police in Coudersport are investigating an incident of criminal mischief in which unknown actor(s) spray-painted several signs along Loucks Mills Road.
Police say the signs were vandalized sometime overnight beginning on January 11.
