Three Arrested in Roulette with Suspected Bath Salts

ROULETTE – Three people have been arrested on various charges, including possession of suspected bath salts and drug paraphernalia.

State Police in Coudersport say they responded to a residence at 48 River Street after a request by agents from the Pennsylvania Board of Parole.

Upon investigation it was found that Robert L. Hamilton, 22, of Port Allegany, Gabriel M. Weinberg, 19, of Roulette, and Kimberly A. Bisher, 21, of Roulette, were in possession of suspected bath salts and paraphernalia, which police say were found on the suspects and inside the residence.

Hamilton was taken into custody by PSP and committed to the Potter County Jail on a detainer from PA State Parole. He was later arraigned and charged with Possession With the Intent to Deliver(F), Possession of a Controlled Substance(M), and Possession of Paraphernalia, all violations of Act 64(drug law). Hamilton was unable to post $20,000 straight bail and was remanded back to the Potter County Jail.

Weinberg was taken into custody by McKean County Probation. He has been charged with Possession of Paraphernalia(M).

Bisher was transported to CCMH for treatment. She was also charged with Possession of Paraphernalia.
