Two Women Life-flighted following Crash on Route 120

CAMERON CO. – Two woman were seriously injured and flown by medical helicopter to an Altoona hospital following a motorcycle crash on Route 120 in Cameron County yesterday afternoon, July 10.

Authorities say 53-year-old Ronald Fox, of Rockton, was rounding a bend on Route 120, when something flew into his eye and caused him to swerve across the center line and into the path of another motorcycle, driven by 52-year-old Dorothy Spencer, of DuBois.

Upon impact, both motorcycles fell to the ground and slid on their sides.

Spencer and Fox’s passenger, 56-year-old Kathy Anderson, of Clearfield, were both flown to an Altoona hospital for treatment of severe injuries.

Fox was transported to Elk Regional Health Center for treatment of moderate injuries.

An investigation into the crash continues.
