Ulysses Man Charged with DUI

ULYSSES – State Police have charged 30-year-old Ryan S. Downey with DUI as the result of a traffic stop on January 20.

Police say Downey was stopped along Route 49 after committing several traffic violations and subsequently found to be driving under the influence.

Charges are pending in District Court 55-4-03.
