Ulysses Man Picked Up on NY Probation Warrant

Alfred E. Norton, age 27, was arrested at PA Pellets, LLC, in Ulysses, on charges that he violated probation in New York.
Norton was charged with Arrest Prior to Requisition and remanded to the Potter County Jail.
